First British Round Showcases New ATV World Yamaha Laeger Quads.

This weekend saw the first round of the 2007 CCM British MMX Championships. Held at Whiteway Barton in Devon , a technical track with some very steep climbs that gave spectators fantastic views of the action. More

John Mitchell Dominates Drumclog

It was the home round this weekend for John Mitchell as the Honda QRA ACU British Quad MX Championship entered round seven in the Scottish town of Drumclog. Having attained an incredible 49 point lead over the competition, John who rides a ATV World / Yamaha YFZ450 could technically take the title of British number one and achieve glory in front of the home supporters. Mitchell & Eichner take 5th at Pont De Vaux 2006

This year's 12 Hours of Pont de Vaux in southern France which took place August 18th-20th to record crowds and a race line-up of some of the world's greatest ATV teams. Team ATV World / Duncan Racing had two riders, the winners of PDV for the last two years, John Mitchell and Doug Eichner. Having already won PDV a record eight times it was to be the last time the team were going to use a Yamaha Banshee at this level of racing.

Mitchell Wins at Blaxhall Pits

Sunday 6th August saw the sixth round of the QRA British Championships held at Blaxhall Pits. With more high temperatures expected this was going to be a demanding day for both the riders and their machines. Having already won 9 from 10 races, John Mitchell was confident of more wins, the last British race for John and the ATV World team before Pont De Vaux 2006.

John Mitchell held yet another impressive display this weekend as the British Championships entered into round five. With temperatures reaching into the thirties it was going to be an exhausting weekend for everyone. Having already won every single previous race this season, John was undoubtedly favourite for another double win. More
